I tutor math from kindergarten through college, including SAT, ACT, and GRE prep. I also tutor adults who want to strengthen their math skills. All sessions are through Google Meet or Zoom.
Homework Help
I provide homework help for the following subjects:

During these sessions, I explain step-by-step how to solve math problems and prepare students for upcoming tests. I also give supplemental problems and worksheets that go along with what is being taught in class. I believe that it’s critical for students to gain independence with problem-solving and get to the point where they can work through entire problems without any guidance. Once students reach this level of confidence and independence, they begin to excel on quizzes and tests.
Test Prep
I offer preparation and study skills for the math sections of the SAT, ACT, and GRE. To prepare for these tests, I recommend that students get a test prep book that includes a variety of problems that resemble actual test questions. During these tutoring sessions, I help students work through practice problems, review important math concepts, and give strategies for getting a higher score. Summer Enrichment
In order to help students retain the math knowledge that they learned during the school year and give them a head start for the fall, I offer summer enrichment. These sessions are individualized for each student and include:

In the summer, it’s important for students to spend a decent amount of time on math in order to retain and expand on their knowledge and mathematical abilities.

For adults who use math in their career or who want to refresh their math abilities for everyday life scenarios, math skills sessions are the perfect option. You'll learn how to quickly perform certain mathematical operations, such as:
