Getting the Most Value out of Each Session
Before each session, you can email me about topics and assignments that you want to go over during your session. You can send a list of topics or pictures of worksheets, textbook problems, notes, etc. This ensures that I can provide you with formula sheets, practice problems, or other materials that may be helpful to you. I can prepare supplemental worksheets and practice tests if I have enough time in advance. My email address is emily@empoweredmathematics.com.
Instructions for Tutoring Sessions
Step 1: Before your session, I will send you a link for Google Meet or Zoom.
Step 2: Email me worksheets or other materials that you want to work on during your session. I will email you supplemental worksheets if necessary.
Step 3: To start your session, click on the Google Meet or Zoom link that I have sent you. Make sure you are connected to the internet and are using a computer with a microphone and camera.

Rescheduling and Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. You will receive a full refund for appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. If you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours in advance or if you do not show up, you forfeit the price of the entire session (however, exceptions will be made for emergency situations). Additionally, you will not receive a partial refund for showing up late. If I can no longer attend an appointment that you have already booked, I will let you know as soon as possible and issue you a full refund.
